Fatal error:wp-admin/includes/dashboard.php on line 623

I am unable to login to admin now 🙁 . I can’t increase my memory limit my host doesn’t do it. Tried wp-config , .htaccess and other suggested methods from the article.

Now this all was caused when i installed wp-total cache.To uninstall i have to login to admin panel[ donno which are files updated by the plugin in wp-content folder]
