    Hi,

Thanks for reporting this. To check what’s causing the fatal error, please send us a copy of your backup log file.

You can find it in wp-content/updraft/ via FTP or your host’s File Manager. The file name starts with log. followed by a string of letters and numbers.

Once you’ve uploaded the log to an online service (like Pastebin, Google Drive, or Dropbox), please share the link here so we can review it.

    Best,

Thank you, no log file is being generated in “/wordpress/wp-content/updraft”.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. Since Dropbox isn’t currently configured, please double-check your UpdraftPlus settings and make sure Dropbox is deselected as your remote storage option. After that, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

If the error still appears, try using the “Wipe settings” option under Settings → Advanced Tools to reset UpdraftPlus back to its default state. Then reconfigure your backup settings.

Let me know how it goes!

    Best,
    Bryle
