Fatal error on plugin activation

Hey guys,

this plugin seems to be awesome and exactly what I’m looking for. Unfortunately, I can’t get it to work, as WP prevents it from being activated because of an occurring error:

Fatal error: Cannot re-assign auto-global variable _POST in /www/htdocs/w00d8ddf/wp-content/plugins/posts-to-do-list/posts-to-do-list.php on line 379

Plugin v0.9.2 / WP 3.5.2

Any clues how to fix this?
