Fatal Error on last version (4.0)

hi!, no i have never problem with creating new database tables before…

I tried as well to run the upgrade disabled some plugins but nothing changed and i rolled back…I suppose that in conflict i will had as well some error from other plugin on debug about, as usually happens…

so, any suggestions?

I also deactived all plugin (expept astra pro-theme) plugin and i tried to install only woocommerce..but nothing changed…i got the atal errors on debug:

No, i don’t have this plugin(Follow up emails),

As i wrote on other same topic, i tried to update only woocommerce, with all plugin inactive and i had the same problem!
