Fatal error on fresh installation | WordPress.org

When I install the program through the WordPress plugin page, I get the following message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function json_last_error() in /home/content/45/8927345/html/home/wp-content/plugins/fantasy-sports/model/admin/RestClient.php on line 120

Is anyone else having this issue?

This issue has been resolved. My site host was running an older version of php. As soon as I updated to the new version everything worked like a charm.

The Fan Victor support staff were quite helpful in troubleshooting my problem.
