Also seeing on a second site:
Warning: require_once(/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-user-manager/includes/functions-scoped.php ): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-user-manager/includes/class-wp-user-manager.php on line 199

Hi @pennink apologies for this, there was an issue during the release process. This should be fixed now for future updates. But the short term fix for you is to download this file to /public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-user-manager/includes/
The fatals are fixed in 2.9.2 just released.
I have version 2.9.2 installed and updated and whenever the plugin is active it crashes my site.
I also got the error and also in 2.9.2, crashing the whole site.
Hi @sbonham22 @jumaron sorry about that! Can you let me know the exact errors you are getting on 2.9.2 please. Can you enable WP_DEBUG.
[16-Mar-2023 17:47:47 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Failed opening required ‘module/field/WPUM\Base.php’
Same error for me as @sbonham22
Apologies for this. This has been fixed in v2.9.3 just released
It’s the same for version 2.9.3 as well
Please provide a link to the version before the update. That was working swell, I will just disable auto updates
Can you post the error you get now @rhettfinck please?
Hi there, This was the error:
