    Hello

    After uploading (11.2), the site crashed. I desactivated the plugin et when I activate, now I obtain fatal error :

    Sorry about the trouble. I contacted Freemius directly since it seems to be coming from their code. Here is the response I got…

    We received a report about a similar issue before but we didn’t manage to reproduce it. I suggest asking the user to temporarily deactivate all their other plugins so that only your plugin remains active. If it resolves the issue, then they can reactivate the deactivated plugins one at a time to find out which of them is causing the issue to happen. Deactivating plugins and then reactivating them one by one is an approach that is documented by WordPress.org here:

    Common WordPress Errors

    If for some reason, the issue still occurs even if only your plugin is active, this needs further investigation to find out why this is happening, so I recommend asking them to contact us directly so that we can ask them for additional information.
