    I am experiencing the exact same issue.
    It was working fine; I assume the upgrade to WP 4.1.1 triggered this error.

    Found the cause: somehow the Jetpack connection to wordpress.com got lost. Reconnecting solved the problem

    Thanks for the report. I’ll get this fixed in the next release.

    In the meantime, as @arjanvandenbos mentioned, you’ll want to make sure that Jetpack is connected to WordPress.com, and that the Sharing module is active.

    It looks like there hasn’t yet been a new release since the last post – is that right?

    I (for UpdraftPlus) just provided support to a customer who got hit by it when he cloned his site to a new location (which, of course, causes you to get disconnected from Jetpack).
