Fatal error and cannot save orders

    Hi, and thank you for the plugin.

    We cannot save any order in our Ecommerce. When we try to create an order the site is hung for minutes and, afterward the site shows a WP fatal error and the order appears as a draft, with none o very little info saved

    I’ve tried to deactivate the plugins and the one who appears to be the guilty of this behaviour is Cost of Goods.

    I’ve tried in two different hostings and the results are the same. We can only save orders when deactivate this plugin.

    Hi @fernandot,

    I just tested our plugin but couldn’t reproduce the issue. Could you please ensure you are using the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce? Please let us know.

    In case anyone else is seeing this issue, I rolled back the plugin to 3.0.1 and its back working for us.

    Would it be possible for you to send us the error log that you receive when you try to create an order? We wanted to check the error log to investigate the issue further.

    Sorry for the delay. The error was fixed on version 3.0.5.

    It should be ok now. I’m closing the ticket, but let us know if you notice something.
