Hi @neillh – thanks for reaching out!

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Disable any caching plugins you’re currently using and clear the cache.
    2. Reinstall the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.
    3. Reconnect to your page using the plugin settings, then re-enable your caching plugin(s)

If you are still seeing the error after reconnecting, please share the System Status report, and the newest facebook_for_woocommerce log, located under WooCommerce > Status > Logs using PrivateBin to help us further troubleshoot the issue.

@metuza – please open a new thread on the forum detailing your issue and share the System Status report and the latest facebook_for_woocommerce log using PrivateBin as well.

    Kind regards,
    Marija

    Same error here.

Should update the plugin to handle this error instead of just letting it be and telling users to reconnect it.

500k+ installs now have to deal with reconnection and fatal errors instead of fixing the code that is causing it and making a message in admin.

    Hi everyone,

The Dev team is looking into this and we will let you know as soon as we have an update.

    Same error here.

Deactivate the plugin helps. However, this not the first time your plugin causing fatal error. Literally for the last half a year, at least twice monthly I need to turn it off the plugin and turn it on after update release.

For now it’s best to revert back to version 3.4.4 – which you can download from the Advanced view section. We will let you know as soon as a new update, addressing these issues, is ready.

    Kind regards,
