Fatal error

I have a problem after the last updates of my site http://www.liliumaquae.com. I received a message saying that your plugin can not be activated because it causes a fatal error (Fatal error: Cannot redeclare add_title_attachment_link() (previously declared in /home/enricolino/liliumaquae.com/en/wp-content/themes/liliumaquae2010-en/functions.php:85) in /home/enricolino/liliumaquae.com/en/wp-content/plugins/lightbox/lightbox.php on line 268). Could you please help me to solve this issue? What could the problem be?
