Fantastic and unexpected support

    I have a free plugin which I use to display an Instagram feed. The images were perfect in preview, but not appearing on the live site.

    I got in touch with the support team just to see if this might be something they had encountered. They responded quickly and efficiently, suggesting that my hosts caching systems might be the underlying cause.

    Together we diagnosed the offending problem and I was able to share the specific javascript file, whose condensed version was causing the images to be presented blank.

    Top marks for a level of support that I did not expect.
