False negative

    We were hit by hackers who installed malware on the site. Cleantalk.org saw no malware in their free tool. SecurityNinja saw no malware. I installed the free Malcare plugin and it found malware right away.

    I’m a Security Ninja customer so I want Security Ninja to work. Any ideas on how often false negatives occur and what SN is doing to cover more malware cases?
