    Hi @wood1e,

    I hope you’re doing well.

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re encountering with the Min/Max Order Amount plugin. Please make sure to enable the following options in the General tab under the Checkout options section:

    • Prevent users from placing orders with wrong amounts
    • Prevent API users from placing orders with wrong amounts

I tested it on my end, and I was unable to place an order unless the limit was met.

If you’re still facing the issue and you’re using Express Checkout (PayPal), please ensure that the following option is enabled in the Compatibility tab:

    • “Disable PayPal buttons if the limits are not respected”

Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance!

    Hi

The settings you mentioned are already in place, see here: https://app.screencast.com/DFqGNVn16znFx

We don’t have ‘Disable PayPal Buttons if the limits are not respected’ as we don’t have the Pro version.

not sure how else the fake orders can be getting through, as I would have thought they are below all minimums entered and therefore not possible

Had all these today and more: https://app.screencast.com/CFcljUlsKaaIS

I can see, but to use this feature, you need the Pro version, as it is not available in the free version, unfortunately. The option may be visible, but you won’t be able to enable it, so it won’t function.

Let me know if you need any further clarification!

ok so the only way to enforce ‘minimum order value’ is to buy your Pro version?

Does that mean the free version isn’t worth using?

    Hi @wood1e,

    Sorry for the late reply!

Just to clarify, On the free version you still have access to the General Amounts tab, where you can set:

    • Min sum & quantity
    • Max sum & quantity (for all products)
    • User roles to define specific amount limits per role

However, for the other tabs, you will need the Pro version. If the General Amounts tab suits your needs, you can use it without upgrading.

Let me know if you need any help setting it up!

ok thanks for the clarification, if we had known some elements are not covered by the free version we may have looked else where.
