    I have a very strange issue that users were unable to receive email if they subscribe to a waiting list for a products, i suppose it has nothing to do with the domain reputation as it only happened to a particular plugin “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce”, all other email communications works fine, and Post SMTP Email Logs also indicated successed?

    This is the mail system at host smtp.hosting-cloud.net.

    Thank you for reaching out & sharing the details.

    This issue is plugin-specific and not related to your domain reputation or SMTP configuration, which is why other emails from your site are being delivered successfully.

    The error “550 [SPAM] Blocked” from relay.jetsmtp.net indicates that emails generated by the Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce plugin are being rejected by the recipient’s mail server due to the message content, headers, or structure used by that plugin.

    Although Post SMTP shows a “Success” status, this only confirms that the email was successfully handed off to the outgoing mail server. The rejection occurs later at the recipient’s server, which is outside the scope of SMTP-level logging.

    I’d Recommend you take following actions:

    • Review and adjust the email template used by the plugin (subject, body, sender details).
    • Ensure the From and Reply-To addresses match your authenticated domain.
    • Test delivery using an alternative SMTP provider if possible.
