    Hello,

I have been using your plugin for many months, so far without any problems. Yesterday I updated it to the latest version. Since then I can no longer share posts on my Facebook page.

The plugin says that the authorization is missing. I have now completely redone this 2 times. I have removed the connection and set it up again. When I set it up, I also authorized it on Facebook. However, the message still appears and I cannot share a post.

    How can I solve this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Have you already tried renewing your Facebook authorization as described here?
Solution: Your authorization has expired. Please reconnect your account in the Blog2Social network settings.

If that doesn’t help, we suggest that you remove the Blog2Social app from the “Business Integrations” section in your Facebook profile. Kindly click on this link to get there.
Then, please remove the Facebook connections in Blog2Social by clicking on the trash bag icon and reconnect them afterward. During this process, the Blog2Social app will be re-added to Facebook. Please make sure to grant the app all necessary permissions.

Feel free to let us know if it worked out or if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

thanks for the feedback. I had already tried the former yesterday without success. Now I have also removed the connection on Facebook and then set it up again – unfortunately also without success.

The plugin is still asking me to do this:

But where can I do this? I have granted all the permissions. I have just gone through this 2 more times 😐

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

From your screenshot, I can’t see any error or anything unusual. It shows the correct connection to your Facebook page.

Did you remove the Blog2Social app from the “Business Integrations” section in your Facebook profile?
Is your Facebook profile an administrator of the Facebook page and does it have the rights to post there?

We’d recommend checking this in your Facebook page settings (“Page Setup” -> “Page Access”) as well as in your Facebook Business Manager settings.

PS: Sie können uns auch gerne auf deutsch kontaktieren.

After waiting a few days, it suddenly works again without me having to reset the connection. I’ll set the topic to solved.
