Facebook/429 too many requests

Hello, I’m using wp2social autopublish in order to autopublish each article on my website http://www.faktibg.com to my facebook pages, however since several days each autopublished article appears in the facebook pages without a title/image but with “429 too many requests” as a title. Manual publishing works fine. Please advise on what might be the problem

Hi,
Try reducing the frequency of posting. Also, enable ‘Clear Facebook cache before publishing to Facebook’ in the settings page. Additionally, try changing the posting method to “Upload image to app album” or “timeline album.”

Thanks, I changed the method to Upload image to timeline album and it works like a charm. Hi,
The conversion of Bulgarian text in URL to a lengthy encoded version happens because URLs need to encode non-ASCII characters. This ensures URLs are standardized and compatible across different browsers and servers.
The URL shortener feature is available in the SMAP premium plus plugin (‘https://help.xyzscripts.com/docs/social-media-auto-publish/addons/‘). You can either opt for this plugin or search for other free URL shortener plugins.
