We disabled and enabled 2FA on Facebook as suggested here:

No success with it.

Could the problem be an existing Facebook shop than cannot be deleted? It seems that it is no longer possible to delete shops.

Hi,

I understand the workaround presented in the previous thread did not work in your case (I’ve seen it has worked for other users, but each site configuration is different).

Just to be sure, can you please temporarily disable cache in case that is preventing the connection?

If that does not work, please head to WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”, and provide us a copy of your site’s System Status Report.
