export csv messing columns

I have some records for one of my forms that I have created and I would like to export these records to csv file. When I do export them, some columns are messing up to others. For example, user’s email goes to phone_number and so on.. I am guessing this issue happened because some of the fields are empty.. How can I write a script or something in order not to leave empty fiels while exporting to csv file? (I am not talking about validate fields for the users..If someone wants to leave empty field it should) thanks in advance
