    Hello @dfwpress,

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    If you have a plugin for contact forms that gives you a shortcode (like Contact Form 7), just insert the shortcode inside our shortcode. Like:

    [bg_collapse view="button-orange" color="#4a4949" expand_text="Contact Us" collapse_text="Hide Form"][contact-form-7 id="2156"][/bg_collapse]
