the cache is per page basis , by that saying , the page is the caching unit , you can not just simply exclude a “plugin” from caching , but only possible to exclude its files from being processed/optimized by our plugin
perhaps you could explain a bit more detail about your issue , any example link I can check ?

The Premmerce support suggested me to exclude it, the LS has the option to do that..(might be what you wrote> “but only possible to exclude its files from being processed/optimized by our plugin”), I have multilingual website (using polylang plugin), when Premmerce permalinks manager is activated, after a time, Im getting 404 on product categories (when I resave settings, the problem is solved for a day or two)…here is the answer from Premmerce support “this might be an intermittent issue caused by the caching mechanism, since re-saving the settings, the problem goes away.”

I don’t think our plugin will even touch the permalinks related setting
do you have a reliable method to reproduce it ?

I disabled the cache, and everything worked fine. However, when i enabled it again, after two days, the product categories started returning 404… So i think it has something to do with the caching.

em ? when you have 404 , how did you solve it ?
and when you have 404 , if you do a purge all , what happens ?
or flush the permalinks by go to setting -> permalink -> click “save” button

Ok…LS is enabled….all is working fine, after a day, sometimes two days, suddenly product categories get 404,…when the permalinks are flushed it works again…day or two….than again 404…so I disabled LS caching, resaved the permalinks..4 days passed and all is working so far (thats why im suspecting LS has something to do with it)…so where I can put the plugin path to exclude the plugin files “yourwebsite/wp-content/plugins/premmerce-woocommerce-product-filter” …as I want to turn back the LS on.

you can put it in Page Optm -> Tuning and Tuning – CSS , there are few JS/CSS exclude fields
but I don’t think it’s related to that
when you see 404 page , is that server-default 404 page ? or wordpress generated 404 page ?

if you don’t disable LSCWP, but just flush the permalink , did it work ?
I have seen some cases on the net before, people (who are not using our product) hit 404 error and by flush permalink fixes it , I do feel feel it’s more like something else
