#Exception:0 License is not valid.

    I am unable to make any changes to our slider that we have used for a couple of years, whenever I try to publish any changes I get the following error:

    #Exception:0
    License is not valid.

    Our subscription has not expired (Valid until: 16 Feb 2026) I checked on our member portal and the licence is linked to the correct domain and is active.

    I tried chat on your members support page but you requested I provide you with our admin credentials to both our website and Depicter member account which is not something I am prepared to do due to this being a security risk.

    @mdaxx ,
    Since you are a paid customer and your question is also related to that I am afraid I need to ask you to submit a ticket with the account you purchased Depicter pro with, this way our agents will see the license info and guid you to solve your issue.
