We never removed any options from the free/lite version of LoftLoader. You might like to check the changelog:

For the free/lite version, we only fix bugs, make sure the plugin is compatible with the latest version of WordPress core, and sometimes add a few new features.
Plus, if you want to use one of the previous versions, just go to https://wordpress.org/plugins/loftloader/advanced/ then find “PREVIOUS VERSIONS” option, choose a version from the drop down list then click “Download” button.
In addition, LoftLoader is a lightweight and really fast plugin, it won’t slow down a site.
