Excellent support on Pro

We’ve used the free version of this plugin for a while. It would occasionally disconnect from a source, but I never had any true issues; it’s always worked as expected.

Recently, we upgraded to a Pro license, so we updated to the pro version of the plugin on all of our client sites. It worked seamlessly in all but one case – on one site, it was really giving me fits, not properly connecting to the client’s social account.

With just one email, support gave me what I needed to solve my issue. The instructions were clear, thorough, and friendly. Delighted to find such great support for such a crucial tool.
