    I installed the BetterDocs plugin on a clean website, but it did not set up properly. I requested help from the chat and received almost immediate assistance.

    It took a bit of time and effort to work through my confusion and the plugin issues but the assistant was able to log in to my site fix the problem directly and give me assistance in helping straighten out my confusion on how to use the plugin.
