Event Template Selection empty in 6.7.0

    After upgrading to Event Calendar 6.7 the “Events Template” under Settings -> Display -> Events template does not show any page templates from the theme. It only shows “Default Event Template, and Default Page Template” as options and both look greyed out.

    Previously I had selected a custom page template here just fine. Now it’s not an option and I have no way to get it back after having saved. I had to rollback the plugin to pre 6.7 to get things working again.

    Also the new “interface” you designed in 6.7 looks half broken, there are overflow scroll bars and it just doesn’t look right.

    • WordPress: 6.6.2 
    • The Events Calendar: 6.6.4.2 and everything before (works), 6.7(problem, templates don’t show)
    • Theme: Custom Theme

    This looks like a bug in The Events Calendar plugin. We already created an internal bug ticket for this, and I added your case. Thanks for all the details. I will definitely pass it along to our devs.

    I am unable to provide an exact date or time estimate for when this bug will be fixed, but you’ll be notified when there are any updates.

    We prioritize bugs by taking into consideration the number of users impacted as well as how the bug impacts one’s ability to run an event/sell tickets.     Hi there,

    We’re back with some great news!

    We’ve just released a fix that resolves the events template showing limited choices on The Events Calendar version 6.7.x or up. Cover template and Full Width template should be displayed now.

    To apply the fix, please update your plugins to the latest versions.
