esc_html in modified_column_display

    Thank you very much for the recent update which fixes the load textdomain warnings.

    But unfortunately you also added the esc_html function in modified_column_display function to prevent the use of html-code. But this is something i really need to add some html code in the column of the posts. any chance to bring it back or remove that change please?
