Please check, you are using our updated plugin, If you are using our latest plugin then please check the woocommerce version and wordpress version.
Please share some screenshots of the errors you are getting, It could be any Javascript error. So please share the browser console error.
For Point 2: Yes, this is the expected behaviour, you will need to add the details again to complete the re-installation process.

Hello, normally when deactivating and reactivating, settings should not disappear. It is common to need to disable things to find bugs, and if settings always disappear, that is not proper. Actually only your plugin forgets settings…any other plugin I have, including Ccavenue and PayU, don’t forget settings…Please consider fixing this issue.
New update seems to correct the 1st issue, if issue re-emerges I will update, thanks
I totally agree with @thakercosmetics.
It’s illogical to clear the settings on deactivation. We occasionally have to deactivate plugins to test things out.
You can give an option to clear the settings from the database on deactivation.
