    Thank you for reporting this

    The quick fix for this: on the plugin’s settings page there is an option to switch this “Error reporting” off (at the bottom of question 6). Could you please try that?

    Yes that works, but I don’t really want error reporting off. I just wondered if you can fix the actual error.

    The notices above are specific to your website. We can fix those as part of the premium plugin.

    It is not an error specific to their website as I’m having the exact same issue. However, as the tech support for this plugin seems to be a case of telling people how to turn errors off rather than actually fixing them, and when people request a fix you respond with ‘please pay us and we’ll then help you’, I’ll be looking for a replacement.

    @justgeekingby Please have a look at our latest comments, i.e. here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/causing-php-erros/. We found the issue and will release a new plugin version shortly.

    we also have the following lines showing up in our footer, and we checked that we had the error reporting disabled. WP Rollback also cannot roll back Ultimate Social Media PLUS, citing a likely cause are not using tags for versions. We had to Roll back our entire website.
    What is the quick fix if disabling error reporting does not help?

    I also think this isn’t really acceptable. It isn’t specific to my website as you can see, but more importantly the “quick fix” of turning off errors was given to me via the chat support. They did say in the chat for more specific support I should p[pst here, which is exactly what I did. Now I have posted here as requested it doesn’t seem right to tell me I now need to pay for support to fix something.

    @voodoochill What’s your website url?

    Anyway it is good you have now identified the actual issue, I’ll try the update and see if that has fixed it.

    Ok, and you cleared cache? Both in browser as well as in cache plugins?

    Thread Starter Mr Lucky

    (@voodoochill)

    Yes, tried 3 browsers, reset cache.

    No cache plugins

    Strange. Would it be possible to completely delete the USM folder from your website’s directory, install it again and check for errors?
