    Hello ,

    I have some troubleshooting with your plugin ..
    I don’t know why , somes months ago i can Save my website but now i can’t …

    Hello @r3qlzz

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    From the backup log, the backup was terminated after only 8 seconds!

    Please first follow this doc then run another backup and see if that solves the issue.

    If the error persists, please contact your web hosting provider and ask them to increase the server’s PHP max_execution_time as well as fcgi timeout to a higher value, for example, 300s if possible.
