Error when creating sandbox site

Dear support,

When creating a sandbox, I get error:

Playground couldn't start. Please check the browser console for more information. Error: Error when executing the blueprint step #0 ({"step":"unzip","zipFile":{"resource":"url","url":"https://_____.it/wp-admin/tools.php?page=playground&download=1"},"extractToPath":"./wordpress"}) : Could not download "https://_____.it/wp-admin/tools.php?page=playground&download=1". Check if the URL is correct and the server is reachable.

There’s an error 500 in console:

GET https://_____.it/wp-admin/tools.php?page=playground&download=1 500 (Internal Server Error)

The server log shows memory exhaustion even increasing above 1GB:

The website I’m testing on is quite complex (WooCommerce with a few plugins), is Playground supposed to work in this scenarios?
