Error when creating Category

    After I input all the information of Category, I click button [Add new category], then the loading status seems not to end and the new category won’t be shown on the category list until I refresh the WordPress.

    Does anybody have the same problem as me? Could you tell me how to fix it?

    Hello Kate,

    I would recommend trying it once with the default theme which comes with WordPress and disabling the plugins you are using.

    It can be a theme or plugin conflict that may be causing the issue.

    Kindly give it a try and see if that is something that solves the problem. If it works try to disable the plugin one by one.
