Error when ading a new term

Hi,
This is a great plugin but I get this error message when I try to add new term into my custom taxonomy:

Notice: Undefined property: WP_Error::$term_id in /home5/name/public_html/wp-includes/link-template.php on line 693

and:

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home5/name/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-terms-list-table.php on line 256

and so on…

The new term gets created but I can’t ad it to the menu (It says it’s “invalid”).I realy need help with this!
