    Hello,

I am trying out Mx Chat at the moment, and I have set up Mx Chat (I have added the API key) and now I want to add Knowledge base content based on Posts and ACF fields content. However, when I add knowledge via WordPress Post, I get the following error with every post I try to update.

No items were processed successfully with 1 failuresFailed Items:

    • ID: 3706: Server error

I have looked on my server I it gives me the following error code:

[proxy_fcgi:error [pid 879009:tid 879120 [client xxx Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Object of class WP_Post could not be converted to string in xxx/xxx/public_html/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php(192): do_action()\n#5 {main}\n thrown in /home/xxx/xxx/public_html/wp-content/plu…’, referer: https://guildofstories.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mxchat-prompts

I hope you can help me?

    Kind regards,

To add to my previous message. It only does this with posts. I was able to succesfully add a page to the Knowledge base. I have a website with custom ACF post types.

    Hi @zevchafer ,

Thank you for the detailed bug report! I can see exactly what’s causing this issue – it’s related to how we handle ACF relationship fields that return WP_Post objects.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We’ve identified the fix and will have a patch ready within the next few days that will resolve this completely.

I’ll update you here once the patch is available.

    Thanks for your patience!
    Best regards,

    Maxwell
