Hi there I get an error when activating the plugin

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /wp-content/plugins/wp-job-manager-contact-listing/wp-job-manager-contact-listing.php on line 125

Same problem here. And I’m using the Jobify theme.
