    Hi There,

This error is appearing in a messagebox on my homepage as soon as the page loads:

“Error validating access token: The session ahs been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.”

I haven’t changed my password on my Facebook or Instagram account, and I was getting a different error before I reset the connection in settings and refreshed the token. It was saying the token had expired.

So I followed the steps to set it up again here, but I’m still getting the Error validating access token error:

    https://help.10web.io/hc/en-us/articles/360016277532-Configuring-Instagram-Access-Token

And also used the Reset Access Token and Username option, but I’m still getting this error. It’s a confusing error for visitors to my eStore to see, it doesn’t look safe. So please can you help get this sorted ASAP. I have plugin version 2.3.17 installed which is the latest version in my Web Dorado account available for download.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @chipx,

I have just checked your website and it seems you have deactivated the plugin.

    Can you please activate it?

Then please enter Settings > advanced section and Uninstall plugin, then please activate, authenticate and create the feed again.

You shouldn’t get the error. Please check with an incognito window or after clearing website and browser caches.
