Hi,
We’re sorry to hear that you’re encountering this error with Yoast SEO for WordPress 15.9.2.
Please do check if your website meets the necessary plugin requirements, and please ensure that the rest of the plugins and themes on your website are up-to-date.
Would it be possible for you to try and reinstall v15.9.2 of the plugin manually via FTP and see if this fixes the issue? You can follow the steps here — https://yoast.com/help/how-can-i-update-my-free-plugin/#ftp
If, after manually updating, the issue still doesn’t resolve, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Nineteen.
Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check without affecting normal visitors to your site.
As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts.
If you do not feel comfortable to do this yourself or if this does not solve your issue, our Yoast SEO Premium plugin comes with one year of (technical) support.`
Thanks for the support Michael. The interesting thing is that this issue appears only when trying to update Front page. I will keep you updated.
Thanks for your reply and please let us know once you’ve had a chance to complete testing.
Hi @mikes41720,
