    From the linked page, no matter how you change the month (using the arrows, click “This Month”, or using the month select widget), it always returns an almost blank page with only the number “2024” on page.

    Other people in the organization have also experienced something different where they are still on the calendar page after changing the month but the calendar area just says it’s “Offline” like the screenshot below.

    The plugin version is 6.0.8. Please have a look and let me know what went wrong.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
    2. Switching to the Default theme.

    Please read the Testing for Conflicts Article before doing anything. 

    To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

    Thank you for the speedy response.

    Strangely, the issue is now gone but it was also not the first time I or people from the organization saw the issue. It seems to be coming and going.

    It also feels like it’s communicating with another server through an api of some sort and sometimes the response doesn’t come back correctly due to whatever reason. Now I said “it feels like” because I can’t find any trace of a third party api in the browser network tab but could you confirm if this is the case or not?

    Lastly, could you check internally and see if the same issue was reported before? I’d like to know the reason why it happens and fix it once and for all.

I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to inquire about any error logs that may have been generated during the time you encountered the error.
