Based on our testing, updating information and images works fine when we use the Twenty Twenty-Five theme. Since Foxiz (Melody) theme is a pro theme, we cannot test it on our end. You can check whether it is caused by the theme or other plugins by:
– Changing the theme that you applied to your site and doing a profile update again
– Disable all plugins except PublishPress Author and do a profile update again, if it works, try to enable the plugins one by one until you find the issue again, if a certain plugin is enabled.
We can do this investigation for you if you subscribe to the pro version.
