Error popup – Invalid website GUID for this account

I am getting an error every time our website is opened – I can’t find any other topics that cover this?

Our website is http://www.jancavelle.com/

This happens on every page you open and also has a red error message at the bottom saying ‘the account number for this chat button is invalid’.

Does anyone know what this is and how to help? It started about a weak ago.

Also I’m not sure if this is related, but I am unable to open our plugins on the wp admin side, it just constantly says ‘We appreciate your patience while our new web site is is being installed’
