Error pls help

    I have installed the plugin as per instructions

    however i keep getting the following errors and cannot get it to work please help

    Warning: require_once(/home/content/n3pnexwpnas02_data03/51/3042851/html/wp-content/plugins/includes/abstracts/class-charitable-form.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/n3pnexwpnas02_data03/51/3042851/html/wp-content/plugins/charitable.php on line 151

    also when trying to create a new campaign i get this
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_custom_campaign_meta_fields() in /home/content/n3pnexwpnas02_data03/51/3042851/html/wp-content/themes/pet-rescue/framework/admin/options/cmsms-theme-options.php on line 117

    please help as your plugin seems to be exactly what we are looking for and would really like to use it

    Hi Marios,

    I just replied to your email, but will copy my reply here. It sounds like Charitable was not uploaded to your website correctly. Could you try deleting it and then completely re-uploading & installing it?

    Regarding the error with get_custom_campaign_meta_fields() after you add a campaign, could you get in touch with the developer of your theme to find out why this is happening? The error is not originating from Charitable and appears to be theme-related.

    I’m afraid not @petsreturnhome. I never heard back from Mario but seems like this theme just isn’t compatible with Charitable.
