    Hi Keith,
    The chatbot appears to be functioning correctly at the moment. Have you fixed the issue or are you still experiencing it?

    Hi,
    Yes, the bot is OK but the 404 error is something I thought I should tell you about. I can’t attach a file here (I have a HAR file from GTMetrix), but you can see it in red on the waterfall if you run the test yourselves.
