Error occurred after upgrading wordpress

    Hi guys,
    I could not properly remember the last version of wordpress I upgraded. After a long time, when i was trying to upgrade it again, it is showing two error messages. I am new to web design and web hosting, so i am using a free web host at www.hostinger.in. My web address is http://www.vivekananda.cf/. I just almost finished the design. So, please help me to recover my site. The error are-

    Warning: require_once(/home/u102536600/public_html/wp-includes/widgets/class-wp-widget-media.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/u102536600/public_html/wp-includes/default-widgets.php on line 23

    and

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/u102536600/public_html/wp-includes/widgets/class-wp-widget-media.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php-5.6/pear’) in /home/u102536600/public_html/wp-includes/default-widgets.php on line 23

    Dear Dibyandu
    Important :
    1 – Before upgrading WordPress site to new version you need to backup Database and as well as Folder of WordPress.
    2 – If you did lots of customization in functions.php or in any JavaScript File, then you need to upgrade WordPress website manually.Update / Upgrade WordPress Manually
    Read Step:2 in deatail
    If you have no Backup then you need to configure it from scratch
