What do you mean: “after setting the SMTP through others tab.” – you have selected and configured Other SMTP mailer?

Please deactivate all other SMTP-related plugins. Leave WP Mail SMTP activated only. The issue like you mentioned in your debug log is caused by conflicts between different SMTP plugins.

Update: I didn’t notice Sendgrid earlier. So many plugins. My fault. I apologise. THe test mail has arrived successfully after deactivating it.
