Error message upon login & board not function properly

Hi,
I’m having difficulty in getting Discussion Board to run properly on my site http://www.balmattum.com/my-day.
I use MagOne theme.
Assistance with the following issues would be appreciated:
1. Error message upon login to discussion board:
Warning: Missing argument 2 for Jetpack_Protect_Module::……..
2. Cannot respond to posts as no text box for replies.
3. Logout link appears twice.
4. Login box appears twice.

Thanks for your post. For item 1, the error message comes from a different plugin – Jetpack_Protect_Module. Maybe try disabling that plugin and trying again?

2. This might be theme-related. Can you try a quick test by activating a standard WP theme like Twenty Sixteen and checking?

3. and 4. – my guess is that you might have inserted the shortcodes twice. Can you double-check?

Thanks for your prompt reply.

1. I deactivated Jetpack and tried again with logging in and out, with no change, as issues 2, 3 and 4 (above) remain.

2. I’ve spent a lot of time setting up MagOne therefore I’m reluctant to change themes even as a test as I can’t afford to lose settings.

3 & 4. Shortcodes are only listed once on page as follows:
[discussion_board_form]
[discussion_board_log_in_out]
[discussion_topics]

It may be that Discussion Board and MagOne are not compatible?

You can switch themes then switch back and your settings should be retained.

I switched theme temporarily to Twenty Sixteen and discussion board problems appeared to be fixed. I then switched back to MagOne and problems returned.

I shall contact you directly.
