Error in syntax when restore is attempted

My ISP had a server crash and was unable to provide me any backups. To avoid losing a month of hard work, I’m trying to use my WordPress backup created 5 days ago but when I use PhpMyAdmin (total newbie) and upload my BackupScheduler.zipback file, I get this error message:
