Error generating the label

    I placed a test order to see how GLS was doing, and an error occurred. It was when I clicked the “Generate Shipping Label” button.

    I noticed that the option for “Number of Packages” appears, but it doesn’t specify the weight. Where does it get that from?

    Hi there,

    when you go t o Woo -> Shipping -> GLS Pickup, did you set up your account id and password?

    Weight is set on each product in WooCommerce product page, default WooCommerce weight.

    Hi!

    I have added the GUID in the configuration of the plugin.

    In Woo > Shipping: I have seen GLS Parcel Shop and GLS Parcel Locker.

    I don’t see any option to configure an user and password.

    Hi, there should be GLS Delivery to Address tab as well, before Parcel Shop, where you add all the account data its asking for.
