    After setting up everything and created a bucket with a custom name based in EU, I am unable to verify and move past the bucket selection phase.

    I get this error “Error:Space Name / Region is incorrect”

    Hi,

    This error usually appears when the bucket/space name or region doesn’t match exactly with your Cloud storage settings.
    Please confirm the space name and EU region you used

    Hello,

    So you mean if my bucket is called say “test1” and hosted in EU, then the name to add in your form field is “test1 EU”?

    Also, does the plugin sync existing media or only new one?

    Hello,

    Yes, both must match exactly. In the bucket settings, you also have the option to select the bucket name.

    Regarding media, in the free version you can only sync media that is offloaded after the plugin is installed. To sync existing media, you would need to use the Pro version.
