Error deleting an option

    Hi.

    This plugin is really great, but I get the following message when I try to delete an option from the “options” table since update 4.0.0.

    "Uncaught exception in ADBC_Options_Endpoints::delete_options. Please check the logs."

    Could you help me, please?
