    Hi: I am using your great plugin, with Woocommerce Pdf Invoices by Welaunch, and each time we create a new blank order from admin, we get this error…

    Additional context{ “order”: { “refunds”: null }, “error”: {} }2025-03-14T18:47:30+00:00Debug Attempted to determine the edit URL for order 0, however the order does not exist.

    HPOS is enabled, what could it be?.
    Thanks!

    Hello dglite,

    Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

    I understand that when creating a new blank order from the admin, you receive an error related to determining the edit URL for order 0, and HPOS is enabled.

    Is this error appearing in the logs or on the Order page?
    If it is appearing on the Order page, please share a screenshot. You may use https://snipboard.io to upload images and share link here.

    To confirm, are you creating the order by clicking the “Add order” button under WooCommerce > Orders?

    When did this issue start? It may be a plugin conflict, so please check if all WooCommerce-dependent plugins are compatible with HPOS.

    To help you further, please share your site’s System Status Report by pasting it into https://pastebin.com and sharing the link here.

    Lastly, look for any other errors under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs. You may also share logs using https://pastebin.com.

    Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hi, thanks for the reply, I appreciatte your great supoort.
    As for your resquest…

    – Is this error appearing in the logs or on the Order page? = the error indicated
    context{ “order”: { “refunds”: null }, “error”: {} }
    … is shown on the error logs;

    – yes I am creating the order by clicking the “Add order” button under WooCommerce > Orders;

    I had disabled HPOS and it is working. The probem is Woocommerce PDF invoices plugin, if I disable it it works too. Apparently it does not support HPOS. I will work without HPOS, unless you have another solution for that plugin. Sincerely…

    Hello dglite,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I understand disabling the HPOS or Woocommerce PDF invoices plugin fixes the problem. You are correct, this suggests that this plugin is not compatible with the HPOS feature.

    I suggest you contact Woocommerce PDF invoices support and ask them if they are planning to add support for HPOS in the future.

    Please let me know if you have any more questions.

    Best regards.
